Additional Services

Additional wellness services may be added to a life coaching session based on each client’s individual needs, comfort level, and personal goals.

Life Coaching vs. Therapy

A certified life coach focuses on the present and helps clients set meaningful goals for the future. Life coaching is designed to support personal growth, accountability, self-awareness, and positive transformation.

Life coaching is not a replacement for therapy, medical care, or psychiatric treatment. A life coach does not diagnose, treat, or provide medical or mental-health care. However, if specific concerns arise, a life coach may encourage a client to seek support from their primary care physician, therapist, psychiatrist, or another licensed healthcare professional.

It is also very common for a client to work with a therapist or psychiatrist while also attending life coaching sessions. Life coaching can be used alongside professional mental-health or medical care to support self-care, personal goals, healthy routines, emotional awareness, and overall well-being.

Additional holistic wellness services may also be offered as part of a client’s self-care experience, based on their individual needs, comfort level, and personal goals.

Certified Life Coach

A certified life coach is a wellness professional who helps clients identify goals, create action steps, build confidence, and make positive changes in their lives. Life coaching focuses on the present and future, supporting clients in areas such as personal growth, relationships, career goals, organization, self-awareness, healthy habits, and overall life balance.

A life coach does not diagnose, treat, or provide medical or mental-health care. Instead, life coaching offers guidance, accountability, motivation, and support as clients work toward meaningful personal goals.

Psychiatrist

A psychiatrist is a medical doctor who specializes in mental health. Psychiatrists can diagnose and treat mental-health conditions such as depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, and other emotional or behavioral concerns. They may also prescribe medication, provide medical evaluations, and create treatment plans based on a client’s individual needs.

Life coaching can work alongside care from a psychiatrist, therapist, or primary care physician, but it is not a replacement for medical or mental-health treatment.

What Is an Emotional Intelligence Service?

Emotional intelligence services are designed to help individuals better understand, manage, and respond to emotions in healthy and productive ways. Emotional intelligence, often referred to as EI, is the ability to recognize your own emotions, understand how they affect your thoughts and actions, and respond appropriately to the emotions of others.

These services may support clients in developing greater self-awareness, self-regulation, empathy, motivation, communication, and social skills. Strengthening emotional intelligence can be helpful in many areas of life, including school, college, work, relationships, family dynamics, and personal growth.

Through emotional intelligence support, clients can learn how to better identify their feelings, manage stress, improve communication, build healthier relationships, and make more thoughtful choices in everyday situations.

During Your Emotional Intelligence Session

During an emotional intelligence session, clients may focus on several important areas that support personal growth, communication, self-awareness, and healthier relationships.

Self-Awareness

Clients are guided to better identify and understand their emotions, triggers, thought patterns, and behaviors. This can help them recognize how their emotions may affect their decisions, relationships, and interactions with others.

Self-Regulation

Clients learn practical strategies to manage emotions in a healthier way. This may include calming techniques, impulse control, stress-management tools, and healthy coping strategies that can be used in everyday situations.

Empathy Development

Emotional intelligence support can help clients strengthen their ability to understand and respect the feelings of others. This may include practicing active listening, perspective-taking, compassion, and more thoughtful communication.

Social Skills and Communication

Clients may work on improving communication skills, resolving conflict, building stronger relationships, and navigating social situations with greater confidence, patience, and awareness.

Leadership Development

Emotional intelligence is also an important part of leadership. Clients may focus on understanding team dynamics, motivating others, managing stress in professional or school settings, and leading with greater awareness, confidence, and emotional balance.

Who May Benefit from Emotional Intelligence Services?

Emotional intelligence services may benefit:

Students working toward personal, academic, athletic, or college goals.

Individuals seeking to improve personal relationships and communication.

Professionals looking to strengthen leadership skills and workplace confidence.

Individuals who want support with stress management, emotional awareness, or self-regulation.

Teams looking to improve collaboration, communication, and overall group dynamics.

What Is a Meditation Service?

A meditation service helps individuals learn simple techniques to quiet the mind, focus attention, and create a greater sense of calm, balance, and self-awareness. During a meditation session, clients are gently guided to slow down, breathe, become more present, and reconnect with themselves.

Meditation may include techniques such as focused breathing, guided visualization, mantras, mindfulness, body awareness, or quiet reflection. Some meditation practices focus on one point of attention, such as the breath, while others encourage clients to simply notice their thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations without judgment.

Meditation is practiced in many spiritual and religious traditions, but it can also be used independently as a self-care tool. It may support relaxation, emotional balance, stress management, mental clarity, and overall well-being.

Each meditation session is designed to meet the client’s individual needs, comfort level, and personal goals.

Who May Benefit from a Meditation Service?

Stress Reduction

Meditation may help clients calm the mind and body, creating a greater sense of peace, relaxation, and balance. This can be supportive for individuals experiencing daily stress, emotional overwhelm, or busy schedules.

Focus and Concentration

Students and adults may benefit from meditation as a tool to improve focus, attention, and mental clarity. Meditation can help train the mind to slow down, stay present, and return attention to the task at hand.

Emotional Awareness and Regulation

Meditation can support clients in becoming more aware of their thoughts, emotions, and reactions. With practice, clients may learn healthier ways to pause, breathe, reflect, and respond to difficult situations.

Relaxation and Sleep Support

Meditation may help promote relaxation, which can be helpful for individuals who have difficulty settling their mind or creating a peaceful bedtime routine.

Self-Awareness and Compassion

Meditation can encourage self-reflection, self-compassion, empathy, and a deeper understanding of oneself and others. This may support healthier relationships, greater patience, and a stronger sense of inner peace.

Support During Healing or Life Transitions

Meditation may be a helpful self-care tool for individuals moving through healing, grief, recovery, stress, or major life changes. It can offer a calm space for reflection, grounding, and emotional support.

Overall Wellness

Meditation may support overall well-being by encouraging stillness, balance, mindfulness, and a stronger connection between the mind, body, and spirit.

Meditation services are not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace medical or mental-health care. Clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, substance use concerns, chronic pain, sleep disorders, or other health-related concerns should continue working with their licensed medical or mental-health professionals.

Reiki Session & Chakra Alignment

What Is Usui Reiki?

Usui Reiki is a Japanese energy-healing practice developed by Mikao Usui in the early 20th century. Reiki is intended to support relaxation, stress reduction, emotional balance, and overall well-being.

Usui Reiki is based on the belief that energy flows through all living things. When this energy feels low, blocked, or unbalanced, a person may feel physically, emotionally, or mentally drained. During a Reiki session, the practitioner uses gentle hand placements, either lightly on or just above the body, to help support the flow of energy and create a calming experience for the client.

The goal of Usui Reiki is to promote relaxation, restore a sense of balance, and support the body’s natural ability to feel grounded and at peace. Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive practice that can be used as part of a self-care or wellness routine.

Usui Reiki is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or replace medical or mental-health care. Clients should continue working with their licensed healthcare providers for any medical or emotional concerns.

Usui Reiki Session

A Usui Reiki session is a gentle, non-invasive wellness practice that may support relaxation, grounding, and energetic balance. Reiki is based on the belief that universal life-force energy can be used to help create a greater sense of calm, peace, and overall well-being.

During a session, the practitioner may focus on supporting the body’s chakra system, which is often described as the energy centers of the body. The practitioner may use gentle hand placements, either lightly on or just above the body, while creating a calm and peaceful environment for the client.

A Reiki session is intended to help clients feel more relaxed, centered, and connected to themselves. Some clients may use Reiki as part of their self-care routine to support emotional balance, spiritual reflection, stress reduction, and overall mind-body-spirit wellness.

Usui Reiki is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or replace medical or mental-health care. Clients should continue working with their licensed healthcare providers for any medical or emotional concerns.

Reiki Session & Chakra alignment – 60 minutes

Adult or Child Price – $80.00                                                                              Session includes full body red light therapy, grounding mat, and cervical traction/acupressure in neck to target tension and improve circulation.

Reiki and Chakra Alignment

Reiki’s Role

Reiki practitioners believe that the body’s energy system can sometimes feel unbalanced or blocked, which may affect a person’s overall sense of calm, grounding, and well-being. During a Reiki session, the practitioner uses gentle energy work to help support balance, relaxation, and harmony within the body’s energy centers.

Chakra Focus

During a Reiki session, the practitioner may focus on the chakra system, which is often described as the body’s energy centers. Gentle hand placements may be used near specific chakra areas to support the flow of energy and encourage a calming experience. Chakra alignment crystals may also be included to support the client’s intention and enhance the peaceful atmosphere of the session.

Benefits of Reiki and Chakra Alignment

Reiki and chakra alignment may help clients feel more relaxed, centered, peaceful, and connected to themselves. Some clients use Reiki and chakra work as part of their self-care routine to support emotional balance, stress reduction, spiritual reflection, and overall mind-body-spirit wellness.

Reiki and chakra alignment are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or replace medical or mental-health care. Clients should continue working with their licensed healthcare providers for any medical or emotional concerns.

Important considerations:

Reiki is a complementary wellness practice and should not be considered a replacement for medical treatment, mental-health care, or advice from a licensed healthcare professional. Clients should always consult their physician or appropriate medical provider regarding any medical concerns or treatment plans.

Many clients choose to use Reiki as part of their self-care routine alongside the medical treatment plan created by their doctors or licensed healthcare providers.

Red Light Therapy Services

What Is Red Light Therapy?

Red light therapy, also known as photobiomodulation, uses specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared light to support cellular function and overall wellness. This gentle, non-invasive service is often used as part of a self-care routine to promote relaxation, support circulation, and encourage the body’s natural recovery process.

Red light therapy is believed to work by supporting the mitochondria, often known as the energy-producing part of the cell. When cells receive this light exposure, it may help support cellular energy, tissue recovery, and overall balance.

Some clients use red light therapy as an additional wellness service to support muscle recovery, physical comfort, and general well-being, including after exercise or sports-related activity.

Red light therapy is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or replace medical care. Clients with medical conditions, injuries, skin concerns, light sensitivity, or those who are pregnant should consult their physician or licensed healthcare provider before using red light therapy.

Light Therapy Session Prices

Facial/ Target pain area 10 minutes – $10.00

Facial/ Target pain area 15 minutes – $15.00

Facial/ Target pain area 20 minutes – $20.00

Facial/ Target pain area 30 minutes – $30.00

Full Body Session – $100.00                                                                                  Session includes full body red light therapy, grounding mat, and cervical traction/acupressure neck pillow to reduce neck tension and improve circulation.

Color Light Therapy Sessions

Color light therapy may be used as part of a gentle self-care and wellness routine. Each color is believed to support the skin and body in different ways.

Red Light

Red light is often used to support the appearance of healthy skin and may help promote collagen production.

Green Light

Green light is often used to support a calmer-looking complexion and may help improve the appearance of fine lines and uneven skin tone.

Yellow Light

Yellow light is often used to support the skin’s natural renewal process and may help promote a brighter, more refreshed appearance.

Cyan Light

Cyan light is often used to support a soothing experience for the skin and may help reduce the appearance of redness or skin tension.

Purple Light

Purple light is often used to support relaxation and may help promote a refreshed and balanced appearance.

Blue Light

Blue light is often used to support the appearance of clearer, balanced skin and may help improve overall skin tone and texture.

Color light therapy is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or replace medical care. Clients with skin conditions, light sensitivity, medical concerns, or those taking medications that may increase sensitivity to light should consult their physician or licensed healthcare provider before using light therapy.

Important Considerations

Clients begin red light therapy with shorter sessions, typically starting at 5 minutes and gradually increasing up to 30 minutes, based on comfort level, individual needs, and tolerance.

Please consult your physician or licensed healthcare provider before beginning red light therapy to ensure it does not conflict with any medications, medical conditions, or treatment plans. Red light therapy is a complementary wellness service and is not a substitute for medical care.

Red light therapy, also known as photobiomodulation, has been studied by medical and wellness professionals for several decades. Clients should always follow the guidance of their healthcare providers when considering any new wellness service.

Benefits of Red Light Therapy

Red light therapy may offer several wellness benefits by supporting cellular function, circulation, relaxation, and the body’s natural recovery process.

Cellular Energy Support

Red light therapy is believed to support mitochondrial function, which may help cells produce energy more efficiently. This process may support overall cellular balance and wellness.

Circulation Support

Red light therapy may help support healthy blood flow to the treated area, which may assist the body’s natural recovery and relaxation process.

Muscle Recovery and Physical Comfort

Some clients use red light therapy as part of a wellness routine to support muscle recovery, physical comfort, and relaxation after exercise, sports activity, or daily physical stress.

Skin Wellness

Red light therapy may help support healthy-looking skin by encouraging a smoother and more refreshed appearance. Some clients choose to include it as part of their self-care routine to support overall skin wellness.

Relaxation and Overall Well-Being

Red light therapy is a gentle, non-invasive service that may help clients feel more relaxed, balanced, and restored.

Red light therapy is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or replace medical care. Clients should consult their physician or licensed healthcare provider before beginning red light therapy, especially if they have medical conditions, injuries, skin concerns, light sensitivity, are pregnant, or are taking medications that may increase light sensitivity.

Grounding Mat

What Is a Grounding Mat Session?

A grounding mat, also known as an earthing mat, is designed to create a connection between the body and the Earth while indoors. This practice is based on the idea of recreating the experience of being barefoot on natural ground, such as grass, soil, or sand.

During a grounding mat session, the client rests on or near the mat in a calm and comfortable setting. Some clients use grounding mats as part of a self-care routine to support relaxation, stillness, and a greater sense of connection to the body.

Potential Benefits of Grounding

Grounding mats are often used as a complementary wellness tool to support relaxation, balance, and overall well-being.

Some clients may use grounding to support stress reduction, relaxation, a greater sense of calm, restful routines before sleep, mind-body awareness, and overall self-care.

Grounding mats are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or replace medical care. Clients with medical conditions, implanted medical devices, pacemakers, heart conditions, pregnancy, or other health concerns should consult their physician or licensed healthcare provider before using a grounding mat.

Important Considerations

Grounding mats are complementary wellness tools and should not be used as a replacement for medical treatment, mental-health care, or guidance from a licensed healthcare professional.

Clients should consult their physician or appropriate medical provider before using a grounding mat, especially if they have a medical condition, implanted medical device, pacemaker, heart condition, are pregnant, or have any concerns about whether grounding is appropriate for them.
